The $610 RepRap (Prusa Mendel)

A lot of pholks have recently seen 3d printers in action and are motivated to build their own. Well, we've got two 3d printing experts (compared to most of us), and one of them was kind enough to make a spreadsheet with all the stuff we'd need to purchase, links to them, and bulk purchasing minimums.
