Computer networks and information security consists of:
- computer networks, which are digital telecommunications systems that allow nodes to share resources, such as computing devices exchanging data with each other using connections between nodes; and
- information security, which is the policies and practices adopted to prevent and monitor unauthorized access, misuse, modification, or denial of a computer network and network-accessible resources.
Within FamiLAB, there is a lot of interest and activity on these topics.
