FAMiLab, Inc.

Well, sort of.  FAMiLab has officially incorporated as a not-for-profit corporation in the State of Florida.  And it only took a year!I first met with tetsu, Cheshire, and other founding members last September at a local Panera Bread.  There were six or seven of us at that first meeting, some of us meeting each other face to face for the first time.  I don't know about the rest of the guys, but that night I knew I had met a special group of people.Within a month we had rented our space, and that's where the fun really began.  We had a large influx of members.  We asked for donations and got WAY more than we had bargained for.  We very quickly filled up the space.  Since then our numbers have ebbed and flowed, and I think that a lack of an organizational structure played some part in this.Well, no more.  Next step: apply for federal 501(c)3 status.
