  • Expenses during the month: How will we approve, how will we reimburse, what happens if the person loses the receipt Digitalman2112 06:17, 8 December 2011 (CST)
  • Increase focus by moving to one microcontroller Monday per month, or leave as-is? Da3v
    • I had an idea to make one night a month the "classroom instruction" night and the other more of a "show and tell". Really if people are only interested in instruction one night a month would make sense. Mack

  • Plan to get the lab "presentable" by December 19th for Micro Monday and occupational licensing Abyssknight 12:48, 9 December 2011 (CST)
    • I was thinking a contest where teams of 2-3 members adopt a room. Best room wins a gift certificate or something along those lines. All costs of renovation would be covered by the adoptive team. We need motivation to get it done, and without spending a ton of cash. :) abyssknight
  • Logo contest as brought up by Dave Woods, John Bent Cope, and others. Abyssknight 13:04, 9 December 2011 (CST)
  • Discussion about under 18 members. We're getting some interest, so can we look at parental permission forms?
  • Movie night with content from SmartFlix Da3v 12:26, 13 December 2011 (CST)
