It’s that time of year again! Time to let-loose and party like it’s 1999. Or something… It’s our annual members-only holiday party! Please take a moment to fill out this RSVP form so we know how many people to expect and what they are bringing!

FamiLab Holiday Extravaganza 2.0!

Designated Driver Status *

• I will not be drinking or my guest will be my DD.
• I will not be drinking and am willing to drive people home.
• I am likely to get sloshed and will need a ride home. Please take my keys when I arrive.
• I'm bringing a cot and sleeping bag and plan to camp out in the lab (In other words, don't worry about me, I'll do what is necessary to stay safe)
• I plan to drive drunk, please notify the police so they can reserve a cell for me and prepare the morgue to receive my victims. Note: This is the wrong answer.

I can help out and/or bring stuff!!

Awesome, that's the holiday spirit! Everything in this section is optional, but if you don't contribute you will be forced to wear a "mooch" name tag for the duration of the party and will likely feel guilty for the rest of your life.

Setup / Cleaning Availability

• Food service supplies (microwave, fridge, hotplate, steam bar, taco truck, chuck wagon, etc... Please specify in the comments.)
• Decorations (Lights, trees, live reindeer, reanimated zombie santa, etc...)

I will bring the following supplies Disposable is preferred since we will not have dish washing facilities. If you bring reusable items plan to take them home dirty!

Provide any additional information on what you are bringing. How many tables (and of what size), how many chairs, how many zombie santas, what kind of food/drink/supplies, etc.

   OK, so after I filled out my RSVP, I read the results and I see that nobody so far has signed up to bring non-dessert or silverware. So Mike and I will bring plastic knives, or perhaps chopsticks, and something to eat that is not predominantly made of sugar.
